The boys played their hearts out in our second round playoff game and came up short 10-6 vs. Walled Lake Northern.  We actually clawed our way back into the game and led 3-2 at the end of 1 but 4 second period goals did us in.  Despite the heat, eveyone left all they had on the field for sure.  Scoring was led by Senior Tyler Plets who netted three goals.  Senior Ben Kanda added a goal and an assist as did Sophomore Brad Bogus.  Senior Captain David Hosang added a goal and Sophomore Jake Berkal added an assist and Junior D-Man Tyler Misiak had a two assist night (very rare for a D-Pole). We hit three posts at critical times and despite out shooting Walled Lake (We took 43 shots for the game).  Junior Nick Kinsler made 11 saves for the Dragons.  It was a disappointing end to a great season of which you will hear more about at the Banquet on June 9th.  See you there!  We were proud of all our Seniors efforts this season to say the least.  They are a fine group of young men!
